Just great meat! There is a difference between Japanese beef and US beef. Truth is.... Japanese steak is much more tender. Yup!

Fast, though a bit cramped - my only complaint. A butcher cuts your steak to order from the loin or rib, and the whole place smells of well seasoned meat.Cramped is relative, though - I AM American after all. That being said, it's mostly standing counters, and the seats they have didn't have enough space for my leg to fit between the chair and table.

There were several places where I could sit in the back. The basics are standing.

It is from 11:00 to 15:00. This is common to all stores

You can't make reservations because there are customers who are always lined up and it is a business style of standing out. If there is no procession, it is smart to think that you are lucky.
